The Prescott-Russell Coalition to End Violence Against Women is proud to present its updated information kit regarding violence against women. This kit is a tool for the ENTIRE community to better understand the issues surrounding violence against women.

In this toolkit, you will find information on :

• the history of the days that highlight violence against women
• the symbolism of the white ribbon
• the vigils ceremony organized by the Coalition each December 6
• the recognized forms of violence
• statistics on violence against women in Prescott-Russell, Ontario, and across Canada.

This toolkit also includes guidance on how you can contribute at the community, municipal, and school levels, offering suggested actions and discussion points to help initiate meaningful change.
